Excerpt

Outrageously violent, time-twisting, and in love with language, Pulp Fiction was widely considered the most influential American movie of the 1990s.

pretty good movie. watched it at 4am last night so it made it kinda hard to figure out the time-twisting thing when Bruce Willis shoots Travolta in his bathroom with a MP5 and he's wearing a suit instead of dorky clothes. but i dig that passage from the bible that Jackson speils before he pops a cap in that sorry mother fuckers ass. and the "divine intervention" argument was pretty entertaining, if not a little repetative. and i dig how much they use the word "FUCK" its the spice of language, it puts emphasis on the things that need fucking emphasized! in german they use "Denn" as a "spice word", but kids can say it and not get in trouble for it. lol, cant do that with "fuck" now, can we? great movie, great acting, but then again look at who's in it. my favorite part would have to be when Uma Thurman O.D.'s on coke and almost dies. 5 stars!

Je l ai revu hier soir sur "Paris Première" ,surtout ne pas le regarder au premier degré, casting extraordinaires, dialogues sont super, mélange d'ambiguité et d'ironie .... Beau travaill de Tarantino !!!

Well acted, well filmed and a plot as unrealistic as a pulp fiction novel. So you could say it is true to life if life is, as per rubbish novels. Very clever construction but it is as true as the bible verse quoted three times by the black hit man. All made up. I could have enjoyed this as art if my ears had not been swamped by constant obscenity. I do not use the f word. My friends do not. So I do not want it throughput a film. It signifies a limited command of language, a shortage of adjectives.
